Patient rehabilitation session

I have nothing but praise for Balance physio. They got me from being almost housebound from a stroke in 2020, and 5 years on I'm now back to work. I'm a carpenter so it's a very physically demanding job. Balance physio asked me for my goals and helped me accomplish them — nothing is too much trouble. I cannot praise the team enough on my return to a normal life. Thank you Balance Neuro Physiotherapy.

From the very first assessment, I felt listened to and understood. The therapist came to my home which made such a difference — I could practise my exercises in my own environment. My walking has improved enormously and I feel so much more confident going out.

Susan
Condition — Parkinson's Disease  |  Treatment — Gait training, fall prevention

After my brain injury, I didn't know if I'd ever feel like myself again. The occupational therapy team helped me find new strategies for daily tasks and gave me the tools to manage fatigue. I'm back to doing the things that matter most to me.

James

The vestibular rehabilitation I received from Adrian was life-changing. The dizziness that had stopped me from living my life properly has dramatically reduced. The exercises were explained clearly and I was always kept informed of my progress.

Having a therapist come to our care home made such a difference to my mother. She was nervous about formal physiotherapy appointments but felt completely at ease in familiar surroundings. Her mobility and confidence have both improved significantly.
